We believe that parents should be involved in their child's learning and development as much as possible. We provide parents with daily diaries filled with information and pictures from their child's day. We also have a parents notice board and questionnaires are handed out on a regular basis. Parent and carer feedback is important in helping us improve our practise and the smooth day to day running of our nursery.

Parents are asked to meet with their child's key worker every 6 months to look at their child's learning and development progress and talk about activities and experiences.

Hopes and Dreams Tree
We strive on our partnership with our parents
and carers. Parents are asked to share with us their hopes and dreams for their child's time at nursery. We display them on our tree for everyone to see. The tree is used for inspiration.

"We have been extremely happy with the staff and service we get at Home From Home. William is very happy and it shows. They personalise his learning, are creative, fun and clearly spend a lot of time ensuring all the children are happy. The resources at the nursery are outstanding and the effort that the staff make is exceptional. We particularly love that they take the children out to the ducks and for walks- this is Williams' favourite thing to do". (Mrs. E .Roberts)

"I am so happy with the standard of the nursery, Howard loves coming and has come along great. I would recommend the nursery to anyone". (N.Hurst)

"I found the first visit to Home From Home very useful and got a good feeling straight away. I was really anxious about leaving my baby but after looking round I felt reassured. I have looked at a few other nurseries and Home From Home stood out. All my questions were answered and the staff were very friendly". (L Summerhill)

"We as parents love Home From Home, the rooms are beautifully presented and the staff are great. This made us feel so comfortable leaving Teddy". (T.Sherwood)
